Chalmers Sprint KM

Pouring rain and maybe 15C. Really slippery and crazy course. Started into the steep forest in Johanneberg, then down into a residential courtyard. Then across and back through some busy intersections with crosslights (I imagine some people had to wait some seconds for either the light to go green or a break in traffic). Finally up to the finish through some overgrown gardens where my legs got ripped apart by rose bushes.

but came second and won a chocolate bar :)

Lunchtime yoga

Pretty nice until the crazy instructor took away my foam blocks, which are the only thing that keep me from squirming in pain. Then she made us pair up with another to help stretch better. Awkward.
