3x5min, 1min rest, followed by 3x3min, 2min rest.
Ran at threshold on the 5s, and was pretty far behind the others. Tried to push harder on the 3s and stay with the front pack, which I was only somewhat successful with.
Don't really know what was wrong. Stomach was really heavy from lunch, but other than that I felt good in the body.
