In Wellington. MTB (with Jane) from Northland (suburb) linking trails to Makara MTB park and a couple of long routes to the top and down. Road ride back through Karori. 37ks and 650m elevation.

Epic ride in crappy conditions, had a blast ! Pleasantly surprised that my 7 weeks of flat road riding to work has conditioned the bike legs better than expected for the big hills.

Big run in Auckland. Remuera - St Heliers - round the water front and up Orakei basin to Remuera. Awesome day and scenery. Biggest run in a long time.
