Team kayak session , Grantham st. Paddled hard on the way back , kept pace with the other boat. Improving....

Bike from home up Sanatorium. 3 minutes quicker on the hill section which was a huge surprise. This bike commuting to work is paying off.

In Wellington. MTB (with Jane) from Northland (suburb) linking trails to Makara MTB park and a couple of long routes to the top and down. Road ride back through Karori. 37ks and 650m elevation.

Epic ride in crappy conditions, had a blast ! Pleasantly surprised that my 7 weeks of flat road riding to work has conditioned the bike legs better than expected for the big hills.
