Paddle from Cambridge down to Hamilton (Malcolm st) . Went OK, some interesting currents going through the narrow bits had me going sideways and a little tense .
2 hours in the boat has got to be good for the training...

Early morning paddle on the Waikato , we pushed harder today, same distance as last week , 10 mins quicker. Was just hanging on for the last 15 mins again...
