White water lessons in the duckies on the Whakapapa river grade 2 and 3 rapids.. Great fun and some good practice in picking the right flows and steering ... Around 11k's with lots of stopping / planning and re-doing some of the more exciting rapids.

Easy stretch the legs tramp after rafting.

Tramp in the Kaimanawa's. The U2U loop - Urchin to Umukarikari + the road back to starting point. Great tramp , and felt pretty fresh ...

Bike home + extra. Up Te Miro, along Maungakawa hills to the bottom , then back up Sanatorium hill for the fun of it, then home.

Orienteering Urban race 42:30 [4]

my plan was OK, halfway through the first loop I changed plans a little, and was indecisive about returning to the mystery activity. Decided to go , and regretted it as it took me a good 4 minutes to complete, leaving me with not enough time to get to the far controls on the second loop. Miscalculated my run home , and got back 3.5 mins early , I could have potentially got 3 more points without penalty. Overall a not achieved...
