Big paddle down the waikato from Cambrige to Horitu. Had a pick up time to meet that kept me pushing hard instead of floating down stream.

Orienteering Sprint race 30:50 [4]

Forest Lake Orienteering. Great course settings with lots of route options. bad race with me, cut my hand before control 2 and was distracted by bleeding until it stopped. 2nd half of the race went pretty well, pleased with the fitness.

Up at 5:30 , tramp back to starting point.

Paddle 45:00 [3]

qouic paddle in the pack rafts on lake arawhenua. Practice self and team rescues.

Up into Uraweras, near Murapara w the GZ team. tramped to 1:30 am then a quick 4 hour sleep.
