First run/trek since EA. Had planned to take it easy, but decided on a few runs which bacfired when my knees started to feel like someone had punched them both. Went around the Newlands cnr - St Marthas - Chantry Wood section, with additional steep climb up St Marthas, before heading back and across to xxx before trekking back up to to pof North Downs and back to Newlands. Helen not back from her bike ride, so then trekked home. Garmin ran out of charge at about 2 hour mark - was on about 7km hour pace at that point, so estimated time/distance from that.

Kayak 1:25:00 [2] 12.2 km (8.6 kph)

Paddle on usual section club to Send lock and back - 2 x ocky straps on the K1 and paddled with Helen so took it a bit easy (though she stopped a km early of the turn). Felt ok.
