Saw a doc last night. She said that it was not infected and she thinks it is swollen because it is healing. She also said running would be OK.
So started a gradual program today. 2 min on 1min walk for first 10min, then jogging in the last 10min. Felt OK, pretty tight on hard surfaces but tried to stay on grass.
In typical Swedish style I don't have a phone appointment with the surgeon until the 16 November and a face to face one until 22 December. Have to go elsewhere for advice so organised to see a nerve specialist this Friday about the numb ankle.
