Good to do a continuous run again. Leg felt better after the run yesterday and after some good stretching and compression. Still swollen, but it isn't getting worse and if anything it feels better, so will try to build it up.
First real run on a lit track around Grimsta. Not sure to go with the headlamp or do as the swedes do and just use the lights and run blind in the dark spots. Did a combination of both today.
