at the chlorine bowl with jo and tomQ, did the old mona fartlek session, but got lost in conversation and had double recovery, so we got punished with a double effort, having a good chat about chewbacka, marge, and ja ja binks,

well after the bad news yesterday, borrowed a tranier off searlo this morn and started it up as soon as i got it home. pretty fun watching Mission impossible but not sure how it'll go with my housemate when i crank it up tonight in front of the TV.

went for a cruise around the lake before doc appointment
Note
Had appointment with doc today reagrding my lastest MRI of my stressie. Apparently its worse than first thought and it ain't heeling as expected. Fracture almost goes right through the proximal tibia, so 12 weeks all up she reckons, so another 6 weeks of no running. So no WOC for me. But good news is I can spin on a stationary bike and go to chlorine bowls with TomQ.
