| Long Session, today.
Did 500m Warm up then 2km semi hard then 500 warm down.
Had a little bit more motivation than yesterday, so got through it an little easier. But the fact that I stopped counting the laps and just swam made it much better, mind numbing stuff counting laps in 25 m pool! . But could work out distance on my times anyway |

| Dragged myself back to the Falun Swim hall 25m pool, quite nice actually. But just would better if they just doubled it in size to make it less mind numbing! Did 400m warm up, then 4x400m with 30 sec rec, then 200m warm down. |

| Battled along to the Falun swimming hall for my first swim this week after being lazy. Motivation for the swim was very low. Battled through a 500m warm up then 5x200m intervals with 30 sec rec, then 5x100m with 30sec rec. Then 100m warm down. |
