Indoor cycling (School Gym) 30:00 [3]

Tested out some indoor cycling today after it failing last week. Felt OK and got through 30 minutes no problem.
Made the call today not to go to Portugal for a training camp on Friday. Tough one but better for the goals of May/June/July.
Now get to move into the apartment with Felicity next Wednesday, own place and great training areas waiting.

Leg strengthening, core and ankle work.
No pool running today, had a massage instead. Smashed the lower back and glutes which was great. Try running soon.

Seedy pool, I swear these places are incubators for colds. One positive today was the entertainment provided bu the old man doing fancy dives off the dive board. He looked a bit rusty, pretty funny when he stuffed the 2.5 somersault twist.

Back at Eriksdalsbadet. Raining outside and the slushiness has started so that was one positive I could think of being inside. One Monna session today. Knee and muscles around feeling better.

Tried out the knee pool running and didn't feel any different to walking, just weird feeling around the knee.
Nice indoor 50m pool at Eriksdalsbadet got through two monna sets to break up the session.

VMO, core and calf stuff.
Third time I had to get into a SATS gym on Fel's free pass. First time used my name, second time used middle name now I'm Dave Meyer visiting my friends in Sweden. Worked a treat!
