Ran all around Island lake with Rachel. Great fun. Solid ice 90% of the way. Kathoola's a must. Screw shoes sliding... Doctor Steve Hill's orders: Short and flat, while lower back injury heals. Given me an hour a day's worth of strengthening and stretching. On it!
Gorgeous run around Guelph trails including 2 hr. circumnavigation of Preservation Park, filled with great mnt bike trails. Got up to +9 C, ran in a T shirt, could of had shorts. Needed Kathoola's in the Park. Ice everywhere. Felt good.
I'm Back... 2 hours in Glen Haffy with RAPS up and down the escarpment on every trail I knew and a few I made up. Sore legs after that but felling great.
