Focusing on cadence today, as done a lot of climbing recently... found an orienteering map of Centennial Park today so will check it tomorrow or Wednesday before bike goes to service and packing for QLD.
Last year at this time I was injured on crutches (
barely standing on my legs) and missed round 2, so pleased to make a "come back".
