Urban MTBO training session using the Basdendean map, more details to follow:

Set the assembly at home then picked 19 control points in this order:

25, 22, 17, 16 (some hesitations there), 15, 13, 12, 3 (maybe i should have taken 6 and then drop 20), 14, 18, 19, 23, 29, 27, 28, 26, 24, 20 , 21 and back to home base..it was a good training!

I was disappointed I could not attend the metro event this arvo..)-;

Monday legs session as per usual (at least until 1st of April) regardless if I attend round 1 or not..this year. New year resolution is: to attend more local events (mtbo, mtb, road and foot orienteering).

Took the Bassendean map and pretended my home is the assembly area, headed to CP25 (which is just where I go playing with Alon very often), then to the stairs to pick CP26, CP28, shortcutted to CP27 and out from the swamp via CP24. Climbed to CP21 where I was attacked by little but annoying dog, and down to homebase via CP22. Given that my legs were sore from the gym I was pretty happy with 5:36 per KM pace. Good training..
