Out of chain issues that cost me 3-3.5 min all went really well
Pretty happy with 3rd place. More to follow..

Won 3 splits and 2nd in 5 splits, what an awesome sprint event!

Focusing on cadence today, as done a lot of climbing recently... found an orienteering map of Centennial Park today so will check it tomorrow or Wednesday before bike goes to service and packing for QLD.

Last year at this time I was injured on crutches (
barely standing on my legs) and missed round 2, so pleased to make a "come back".

Found an old rogaine / orienteering map from 2012 in Lane Cove National Park, so Yael dropped me at Office Works near North Ryde (after a nice family lunch), so I can print the map...took forever....waiting in the stupid queue.. Somehow managed to get there around 5PM with only 1hr of light..So picked a few control points and did what I can in the limited time I had.
