Tough group ride today to Waterfall, first 10km was a commute ride to Centennial Park, then the pace was well over 30KPH for the rest of the ride. I was leading the Pelathon from Sutherland to Waterfall which is the toughest bit climbing and climbing and more climbing..don't remember ever reaching to this HR zone.
