Went to the GP today and the the scale says 83KG that's fantastic, best thing of being sick is not eating crap for a week. If I can get to my target weight 79kg-80kg before the Nationals that would be awesome.

Day 6, coughing is horrible and I also threw up the nothing that I have eaten.... yay party time! Not going to work tomorrow or whenever.... not even sure at this stage if I will be strong enough for the ACT mtbo 1 on Saturday....
