February is here... Bright cycling camp is coming and I am very excited... Hotham, Falls creek etc. scary?

This also means gym sessions will commence soon, and my off season is now formally over.... :))) time to take the dust off my MTB bike

Also, looks like I will spend more time at the ACT this year which is awesome!

Could have taken #16 in the way from #13 to #9 but the map fold masked it (apparently), did not find 8# and did not bother #10, finished with 4 seconds to spare, no penalty woo woo!!! (-;

Could have easily get #270-290 points today but still very happy with 260 points from possible 300.

One of my best events in recent weeks...:)) finally happy!


Did i mention how bloody hot it was even at 8AM? and that the controls were well hidden.

Traffic was horrible, so I came very late (started at 6:45) pretty happy with my running pace today. No big navigation issues, but I have stayed mostly in the comfort zone, and took most of the easy controls, did not go too much into the Bush to pick the higher points .
