Easy 40' w/ strides
ITB tight still but wasn't a hinderance though I did only do 4 of the 6 strides as I felt a tightness develop at the top of my left quad during that fourth effort. Did feel tight for the remaining km or so of the run but hasn't been an issue since and nothing later / next day.
Legs feel like they've got some running in them but concerned about the IT; time's best gained on the downhills on the BG, so if that gets worse as it's likely to, then it's game over for anything half decent.
