Moderate run, slightly faster than billed. Very slight discomfort after a bad foot placement around the hour mark. Didn't last long though. No issues elsewhere, felt comfortable with the pace.

Hill tempo on the treadmill; averaged 13.4% giving 724m climbing for the 25min tempo element. Felt a bit less strong; very hot day though so that may have had something to do with it. Still comfortable all the same.
