8x 40secs at 5-10k pace. Felt very good. Light and fast without effort.

Easy with 6x strideouts. Felt light (not surprisingly) but lacked the same energy (again, not surprisingly). Good to be running again. Higher average heart rate suggests I'm not fully recovered quite yet.
