Easy with strideouts. Fresh morning! Good once warm and warmed-up.

Bitter wind....brrrrr. Felt great when running. Fresh and very comfortable on the pacier parts of the run and recovered well on the 'roll ons'.

Easy treadmill experience. Felt fine. Not sure about the 'climb' stats on these things. Definitely didn't feel like my pace equated to a 3:57/km pace as it suggests!

Road (75%+) 1:05:48 [2] 16.18 km (4:04 / km) +76m 3:58 / km

Moderate. Felt good and fairly sharp. Struggled to settle a bit again but fine once 'on'.

Took a long time to settle and couldn't seem to get consistent at the right sort of pace until after the diagonals. Felt fine once they were done though. Tiredness and lack of food probably had something to do with it I suppose.

Easy. Felt good and loosened up nicely.

No real competition unfortunately with a few of the faster lads away. Felt good and comfortable at relative pace. Worst organisation of a race I've ever experienced. Would have been faster had the marshals known where to direct people.
