Easy 20' fb moderate 30' fb easy 20'. Moderate on good trails/trods into a headwind and slightly uphill for 15" then tailwind and slightly downhill on the other side of the valley. Fairly balanced.

Easy pootle on the MTB with a bit of a climb about halfway and a super fast descent (47mph). Used it as a warm-up for the run session and as a way of getting to a good hill. 24.34km. 271m.

Steep quad track for 15 mins then very much less steep continuation to the summit. Jogged back down and did half the lower section again as wasn't happy with the overall quality of the run due to the second half being how it was.
