Easy with a bit of a faster pace towards to end as the legs still felt heavy. Seems to have worked. Felt good but hamstring a touch tighter than past few days.

Faster pace than a normal 'easy' run but felt really good. Hamstring not noticeable but still scared to fully push it.

Easy 20' fb 4x long hill reps (+200m approx) fb easy 20'. The slightly extra climb comes from the easy route out and back. Was pretty much on the money with the requirements, though there's a better, more gradual climb on the backside of the one I was on; I'll try that one out next time. Felt good on the whole. The first one was a bit erratic while I got used to the type of pace. The remaining three felt decent. Hamstring a touch tight on the descent/run back in after the fourth rep.

Run over from Langdale to meet Esther in Borrowdale for a quick climb and also to test the route to/from work in Langdale. Up and over Bowfell for the views but took it very, very steady. Walked the downhill from summit to Angle Tarn and on into Langstrath due to hamstring issues, but definitely feels like it's improving, albeit slowly.
