Easy 30'

Ran along the road back from the centre of Keswick. Windy but not wet.

Warmed up but still felt a touch of tightness back from the little toe, which soon went after a couple of minutes, never to rear its' head again.

Felt comfortable at a relatively crisp pace.

Easy 30'

First run on a road since.....November. Felt really good in the foot, no issues or problems whatsoever. A little bit tired towards the end of the 30' but it has been a long couple of 12hr days with work.

Just out and back into Braithwaite keeping it as flat as possible.

Spent all day in Manchester on a field trip with a bunch of absolute cunts. Foot a bit iffy as a result. Totally fine when running. No problem whatsoever. A bit more noticeable now though. Will be off my feet a lot more tomorrow so will hopefully not have an impact for the 30' run planned for then.

Easy 20'

Tightened up across the ball of the foot but definitely just tightness, no pain or development into soreness.

Felt comfortable again, no problems or issues when running. A bit slower than yesterday. Some noticeable 'feeling' afterwards but no worse than it has been in the past couple of weeks. Consistency?! Getting there at any rate!

Solo. Boring. Loops of the small field by the village. Picked the pace up a bit more unintentionally. Felt good though. Foot not an issue.
