Just me, Em and Josh out this morning. Decided to rerun last weeks adapted course since it was just us.

Lower R calf sore since after Thursdays run up Blackie. Lower L calf also now sore after today's run. Perhaps best to get on the bike tomorrow to take the load off.

Pushed Jessica around parkrun in the pram. Pretty sure that is a new pram pushing parkrun record for me. After 4 decent weeks of training starting to feel pretty good!

Looking forward to seeing what I can do without the pram sometime in the next few weeks.

Lunchtime run with a solid effort up Blackie, felt a bit better than last week, but geez it's still a tough hill. Was looking forward to seeing how fast I had got up but managed to leave my watch behind in the changeroom :(

Oh well, at least I have a backup.

Stromlo long run, got a preview of the 15 mile course as we skipped Dairy Farmers Hill so that the boys would get out to the ACT Mountain Running Champs course in time to do some spectating.

Felt much better during and after the run than the previous 3, things seem to be going in the right direction. All things going well plan to do the 15 mile loop next week.
