| Rode over to Cook and started Tour de Gus, felt shit and turned around after half an hour and rode home. Despite wearing two pairs of gloves my fingers were colder than I can ever remember them being on the way home. |

| Got some bad news today that my Grandpa had passed away over night back home in Perth. One of the tough things about living in Canberra is that I don't get to spend as much time with my family as I would like. Flying home this weekend for the funeral. |
