Surgery (Arthroscope) 2:00:00 [0]
Not a very strenuous session, seemed to pass almost in a blur, I started at 11:30 and next thing i knew it was 1:30....

Surgeon seemed pretty happy with himself, found a large lateral osteophyte which was impinging my acl (and removed it) and also cleaned up the cartilage which according to the nurse was "a mess". Apparently i talked to the surgeon in recovery but couldn't remember it at all so called him when i got home. He said my knee should have a big improvement. I'll be stoked if its as good as it has been for the last 8 years, the prospect that it could be better is pretty exciting.

I walked out of the hospital which is pretty promising and managed to avoid throwing up altogether let alone over Kelly.

All in all probably the most important session I have done this year.
