RHFW at a reasonably brisk pace, helped by the fact that it was pouring with rain when I started.

Job negotiations just about finalised, now starting to think about living arrangements!

Later start this morning as Jessica is in nursery today, just an easy lollipop loop. Felt surprisingly good after the long run yesterday, actually starting to feel like a runner again and I like it!

Note to self: don't get carried away, increase too quickly and things will start going backwards.

RTW, great first section taking in lollipop hill, Mount Walshe, Isaacs Ridge and then Red Hill. Last section was a bit of a grind on roads to Woden then Chifley for a chocolate milk.

Long run planned for tomorrow, increasing from 10 miles last week to 11 this week. Planning 12 next week and then 13 the last weekend of Feb.

Quicker paced run with both of my girls. Also got offered another job today, nice to be in demand! Have a couple of irons in the fire so hope to have everything sorted in the next week or so.

Jessica is having a great time at nursery, she was noticeably less enthusiastic about us picking her up today but at least was still happy to come with us.
