Pretty solid run, didn't really make any mistakes although managed to stab my leg on a shrub.

Really easy run up in the hills, really wet and cold. Just took a mate for a jog in prep for the rogaine in under 2 weeks.

Felt pretty good considering the ultra-long was sunday. Put in a few harder segments around 3:30 pace. Had 7x stair reps in there as well.

Ultra-Long

Had a pretty clean first loop, but was a bit conservative with route choice which cost time. Then ran out of energy by about 14-15km, pretty much couldn't run and lost plenty of time from pace.
