10km Course

Reasonably flat long run minus a little bit of climb in the first km or so. No mistakes over 10secs so was pretty happy. Only one km split of over 6 minutes which was nice.

Really easy run up in the hills, really wet and cold. Just took a mate for a jog in prep for the rogaine in under 2 weeks.

North Adelaide Run.

Felt pretty good considering the ultra-long was sunday. Put in a few harder segments around 3:30 pace. Had 7x stair reps in there as well.
