SHP trail run with Mark from work. Low key run until i stubbed the s%$t out of my recently blackened toenail and fell onto some roots with my right hand resulting in a knuckle sprain and knuckle dislocation. Mark popped the latter back in for me. Toe hurting a lot.

Yellow course. Reed navigating. Did well except for one control where he was navving us to the number rather than the circle :)

Green course w/me navigating. Did pretty well overall, but some trouble keeping a bearing over longer distances.

Quick run from work on a hectic day. Opened my bag and found 2 very different running shoes but at least a left and a right! Didnt have watch and ended up running faster than I meant to - stopped to rest a couple times. Cold still lingering but seems to be out of chest.
