4 hr instructional paddle w Pam. Learned strokes and basic nautical stuff and then worked on rescue and reentry. Perfect day. Got a lot out of this.

MTB 45:42 [3] ** 7.92 mi (10.4 mph) +608ft
shoes: Superfly FS

Quick trail and road loop before work. Not a lot of options for exercise outlets with bad finger and bad toe. Wasn't sure I'd be able to downshift with right hand and DoubleTap, so went with the thumb shifter rig. Bumpy sections were a bit painful. MTB on road is probably the best bet for now.

trail run 1:00:51 [2] 5.24 mi (11:37 / mi) +477ft 10:41 / mi
shoes: New Balance MT1210v2

SHP trail run with Mark from work. Low key run until i stubbed the s%$t out of my recently blackened toenail and fell onto some roots with my right hand resulting in a knuckle sprain and knuckle dislocation. Mark popped the latter back in for me. Toe hurting a lot.

Yellow course. Reed navigating. Did well except for one control where he was navving us to the number rather than the circle :)

orienteering 1:13:44 [3] 2.99 mi (24:40 / mi) +303ft 22:30 / mi
shoes: New Balance MT1210v2

Green course w/me navigating. Did pretty well overall, but some trouble keeping a bearing over longer distances.
