Tried a road run again. Still a toe no go.

gym visit. Bench was pathetic, other stuff felt pretty good despite zero motivation to lift today. Last 10 mins were on stair climber - didn't hurt my toe. Hopefully back to running (road) this weekend.

Tried a quick road run but toe not ready yet so did this MTB ride linking trail areas. I think it's good to make myself ride wet trails once in a while.

Had to stop for a Pepsi on the way home; surprisingly I had sweated a large amount and drunk all my water. Gas station beverage selections are so annoying now. 80% of the drinks are of the "XXXtreme Energy!!" variety. There were also no 12oz soda pops, nothing smaller than 16oz.
