Road bike but I couldn't resist exploring a faint trailhead I pass all the time. Pleasant surprise - there's a lot of great flowy stuff back there! No idea whose property or who built the trails but they def knew what they were doing. In lowest gear the whole time & a little tentative on road bike/25mm. Be back soon on XC or MTB.

Last ditch effort to achieve a modicum of preparation for trail race this weekend. Hit toe pretty hard around mile 4, painfully walked it off and jogged it in. I don't know why this keeps happening. I wasn't tired or talking this time.
