Point-to-point rail trail run w Mike (a real runner) on a cool drippy day. Hadn't eaten since 930 but that's okay it's just an hour run.

So...Mike left the keys for car #2 in car #1. No phones, no money, so we had to run back to car #1. Started out hungry and got progressively worse. Did entire run in bonk mode. Good AR training here. The year-old Kind bar in my car was one of the best things I've ever eaten.
