First trip up to Kingdom Trails. Great trail system, obviously, and super interesting to see a tiny town turned into a MTB mecca. Legs had enough left to competently complete this ride.

Gorgeous gravel route from Nick's place in VT. Absurd amount of climbing for me. Legs are wrecked. The biggest climb was up to a defunct radar complex on the top of a big mountain. Amazing 360 views from up there of the fall colored hills of the surrounding 100 miles.

Slept poorly. Knees were a little whingy during warmup so skipped squats this time and did a little spin bike afterward instead.
