Only did 3 sets squat to not aggravate quad. Felt okay, better than last time. Missed 2 reps of 100# overhead press.

Lifting at the Y with Reed. Apparently going out every night at a conference and sleeping terribly is not a recipe for massive gains. Failed final rep of last set of 160# bench. Squats and rows were okay, although there's a little sore spot in R quad at bottom of squat.
