Kayaking (K2) 2:00:00 [3] 19.0 km (9.5 kph)
slept:6.0 weight:78.9lbs

Upstream for an hr, not long after turn rudder / foot pedal broke, meaning a few zig zags on the way back. Took the ocky strap off in order to keep up with Mark! Yum, 2 breakfastses afterwards. Was going to walk in arvo but did second coat on wood floor instead.

Kayaking (K2 with Janet) 1:00:00 [4] 11.0 km (11.0 kph)

12 min warm up, 34 min club race, 14 min warm-down. Best race yet, no leaning tower of pizza. Good wash riding,by Janet, one dicey turn at last island turn. Good race against Michael and another single.
8 AM

Trekking (Flat pack walk / run) 1:32:00 [3] 12.0 km (7.8 kph)
slept:8.5

Had to do 10 walk, 5 run for the entire session to make my massage at 10:30. Legs good, no aches or pains considering last evenings mtb.

MTB (Fire trails) 2:22:00 [4] 58.5 km (24.7 kph) +350m
slept:8.0 weight:78.9lbs

Felt tired at midday, busy sanding wood floors again this morning. Mtb was the usual circuit, my joint to heritage loop, 1 lap steep side first, and return. Pack 10kgs all on back rather than rack, hardening up the sit bones for SA. Finished with 8.8kgs left in pack, best time for loop section only by 15 secs, with pack and going slowest anti clockwise direction. I nearly have "top 10 legs". Best time for whole session by 1 minute, hope the speed translates to higher stamina too. Now just got to work on my trek legs. I wish I could run faster than I can paddle, aka the 'Strider', either that or ARs had 3 times as much paddling than trekking.!

Rest day. 1 [0]

Rest day, sanded wood floor that I laid over 6 months ago! Not really a rest day.

8 AM

Kayaking (K1s with Steve) 1:02:00 [3] 11.2 km (10.8 kph)
slept:8.0 weight:80.3lbs

Club to Barkers and back, easy pace, breakfast at Simon and Haley's afterwards. Right foot and lower leg got a bit numb towards end, not enough k1 paddling I think. PS Thanks for all the bread last night Denise, I am 1.5 kgs heavier, bloody Thermomix.
4 PM

Kayaking (K2s) 2:00:00 [3] 21.2 km (10.6 kph)
slept:1.5

K2 with Shane upstream to Reg Bond, then swapped to sir behind Wendy for return to club. Put string (small ocky) around nose for return, evened up speeds with Mark and Shane in my K2, they did well to paddle racing k2 and not swim, especially when pulling away from bank and nearly getting caught up in overhanging trees. Temp is getting cooler as sun disappears these days.
7 PM

Trekking (Flat pack march) 2:18:00 [3] 11.9 km (5.2 kph)

Around river from club via Guildford and return. Slightly easier pace as Wendy's "good" knee was a bit sore. Pack around 10 kgs.
