Body Pump 88- Was tough I went up in weight by 5lbs and boy that makes a difference! Total Legs, chest, arms, back and abs. Good stuff and tough!

It was tired!!! I think I maxed out at one of our fast songs about 40 min in, I stayed and finished but my body was tired and butt kicked from Body Pump earlier. My legs felt like jello, and my arms were weak and I could feel the soar especially in my chest.
