athletics training USZ Rosenhain, warming up, "Laufschule", some starts (30m, 50m, 60m, 50m) 3x100 in 19s, 17s, 15s, then 600m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m, in 23s/100m, 22s/100m, 21s/100m, 20s/100m, 19s/100m, 18s/100m. tough training!

O-training 1:10:00 [3] 6.2 km (11:17 / km) +405m 8:31 / km

long distance training on "platte" with mass start (but this had no big effect on the training), route choice training, made a couple of mistakes, but no too big ones, startet pouring down after half of the training, very steep (I had difficulties with that)
