Intro to technique plus a 500m time trial on the ergs. 1.52.9 secs for 500m, legs were burning so much by the midway point but it was so much fun! Definitely carrying it on, as training is always in the mornings so can run later in the day. Blisters pretty bad but hopefully my hands will get used to it.
