Final run around Burbage before road running begins...
Feeling a lot better today and was fine running. A little wheezy but feeling good otherwise. Coughing a load once I finished but kinda expected that.

Cycle up to Redmires and back with Dom.
Cold nearly gone but cough really bad. Figured it couldn't get any worse (only 2 hours sleep last night because of it) so just went for it with the cycle-pretty windy which irritated it a little but nothing really more than before.

Still feeling grim but needed some exercise. Was going to go for a cycle but weather not great and didn't want to make cold any worse. Think it's starting to clear though, feeling less bad as the day progressed.
