Running warm up/down 8:00 [2] 1.1 km (7:16 / km) +6m 7:05 / km

Orienteering 30:17 [4] 4.86 km (6:14 / km) +85m 5:44 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Orocs

JHI Relay. Set off in 3rd a min of so down on Fiona and Clare. Didn't know how boys had done so was determined to get us an England 1,2 to give us the best shot at winning overall. Saw Clare coming out of 4 and so knee I as closing the gap (Fiona was already well ahead by this point). Overtook by the time we got to first spectator and kept ahead luckily no sprint finish either! Nav spot on but it was so easy so it would have been embarrassing otherwise. Feeling ok running and was trying to push-just glad I didn't have to push harder as I reckon I wouldn't have had it in me!

Orienteering race 54:22 [4] 6.86 km (7:56 / km) +152m 7:08 / km

Tripping over stuff on the warm up so knew I was too tired to race well and feeling pretty rough in myself-bit of a headache, nose bad, throat bad.
Start didn't go too well; missed one a little bit and on the way landed with all my weight on my knee and it was so bad I was starting to wonder if I'd make it round. Luckily after walking fir a bit it eased off and I could run normally again. Only major mess up was number 12. Spent a good 3/4 mins faffing around in the wrong bit of open-completely missed the right patch.
Afterwards chest really tightened up and was struggling to breathe, third time this has happened now and it's a bit odd.

Running 58:59 [3] 11.17 km (5:17 / km) +18m 5:14 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Its actually surprisingly nice down here!
Headed out towards Granchester and into the fields. Managed to find my way well most of the time but got really quite disorientated and lost by the end and had to use the sun for direction :/
Feeling good running but probably because its so flat and effortless compared to back home.

Running warm up/down 20:31 [2] 3.63 km (5:39 / km) +10m 5:35 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Out to Churchill Fields once around and then drills and strides.

Running intervals 40:15 [5] 7.35 km (5:29 / km) +46m 5:19 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

4*3min, 2min, 1min. 60 secs between reps and 2.30mins between sets.
In hindsight a really enjoyable session and people around to push with as Helen was there and a few others of similar pace.
After seconds sets the rest were so tough as legs had become so tired and even the tiny hills hurt so much!

Running warm up/down 12:01 [1] 2.15 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Back to college. Legs and feet aching so much-partly due to intervals but also walking around so much today due to broken bike.

Running 35:12 [2] 6.2 km (5:41 / km) +8m 5:38 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

First time since I've been here that I've had any free time, so decided to go for an explore. Met Helen by coincidence and so got shown the sights.
Very easy pace and legs feeling good. Cough/cold almost gone still coughing a bit.
