Running long 1:28:30 [4] 17.56 km (5:02 / km) +52m 4:58 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Long run with the harriers, fair to say I imagine a bit shorter but at least I'll know for next time. With the 'slow' group but once the stitches hit dropped off the back with Helen for company. Pace was proper pacey but I actually felt decent. Stitches started about halfway and continued on and off in different places, and then with a few km to go started to bonk pretty bad.
Good fun though and will definitely make this a weekly thing. Also cold on its last legs I think and although coughing a bit during the run it wasn't holding me back.

Rowing for an hour today. Another novice session though so about 15mins rowing max again.

Rowing for 45 mins today-just getting the basics and so a fair bit of waiting whilst others pulled. Actual rowing time more like 15 mins.

Running 31:56 [2] 5.91 km (5:24 / km) +11m 5:21 / km
shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Easy run exploring again and getting very lost! Massive stitch slowed me down a load.

Running 47:28 [3] 9.05 km (5:15 / km) +20m 5:11 / km
(sick) shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Another run around to see what there is in the way of running routes. Exciting part was I actually found a hill to run up!! All be it over the motorway but there were two different decent sized ones of at least 5m height gain over about 30/40m.
Feeling good running, and only started coughing badly once I'd finished as per usual. Think cold is going so hopefully back to normal training next week.

Rowing 15:00 [3]

Intro to technique plus a 500m time trial on the ergs. 1.52.9 secs for 500m, legs were burning so much by the midway point but it was so much fun! Definitely carrying it on, as training is always in the mornings so can run later in the day. Blisters pretty bad but hopefully my hands will get used to it.

Was so up for intervals at 7 today that I forgot I was ill...throat so bad and nose bad too that I realised it wasn't the most sensible thing to do. Took the extra sleep and will try and squeeze a short easy one in later today to see how I'm feeling.

Running 26:40 [2] 5.03 km (5:18 / km) +5m 5:17 / km
(sick) shoes: Blue Asics Gel Cumulus

Easy run exploring more of the parks near me. Feeling good running, calf got a bit tight halfway through and stayed tight which was a bit odd.
Not feeling too bad in myself cough/cold wise whilst running, but keeping it easy to get me better asap.
