Felt so good and easy this week! Dropped basically right from the start by the 'easy' group and so Helen and another girl Emma ran together for it. Pace felt easy and was surprised it was as fast as this. Most of the run on soft surfaces as well which probably helped me feel less dead compared to last week.
Tummy playing up by the end but luckily I was 100m from home before I had to stop.

Easy run up Queens road, Jesus Green along the river then back through town. Still so many people to dodge but easier on foot than a bike.
Calves feeling a little tight so need to keep an eye on it, wary about the amount of hard surface I've done since I've got here is probably more than I've ever done in my life!

Oops...never looked at my watch and assumed it would be a 7km tempo absolute max. At least I was feeling good I guess and didn't feel the kms go by! Running with one other girl, would have preferred a bigger group but races at the weekend and we kept pace relatively high ourselves.
