3*3mins plus walk up the valley and back afterwards to try and release some pent up energy-didn't work.
Knee wasn't great to begin with-due to dancing last night, and didn't get worse during as usual. Might have to have a break to let it calm down then keep going with small increases.
Atm really really annoyed at how bad it still is and literally can't even see an end to it. 4weeks so far.

4*2 mins. Knee a tiny bit noticeable before this, and during it was noticeable but not exactly painful. Wasn't get any worse by the end of the reps, same the whole way.
