Worst outing of the week by a fair way-boat so unsat and didn't really get any better throughout. Tried to keep technique solid but it was a bit impossible.
Fliss picked up on my dodgy slide too-need to power all the way not just at the front.

Lock and back(seat 6) 6s on way out moving to 8s with trailing blades. Then lota of drills on way back as it was a nice day.
Told that rowing really well, but focus on power through the whole stroke not just the start.
Also git called up on buried blade once but not again after that so don't know how bad it is.

4*1k rate starting at 24 and increasing by 2 up to 30. Split starting at 2.04/2.06 decreading by 0.02 to 1.58.

2.04.6, 2.02.2, 2.00.2, 1.59.9

Totally died on the last one, just couldn't keep the split down at all-legs burning so much!!

Subbing and in bow, had to row light most of the time due to power inbalance bit wasnt too bad by the time we were up to 8s.
Did a lot of drills today-legs only, legs and backs,

No teaching points-apparently looked good, but am tending to rush the slide slightly at times.

Circuits with boat club, left out all jumpy ones but knee feeling good!!

2*6k on the erg, rate 18/19 (steady)

1st 6k was 27.33, 2nd 27.30. Felt good afterwards, knee aching a tiny bit during 2nd 6k but nothing bad.

Lock again, fewer seniors so more unsat than yesterday. Was 7 today, so back on bow-couldn't tell if I was rowing better on this side or not.

Down to lock for the first time. Quite a few seniors so boat relatively well sat. Seat 6. Once I was back into it was fine.

30 mins at rate 20. Average split 1.16.something
Felt good, probably should have pushed harder as others had lower splits, but at least I have a base to work off now.
